This cable has a dual 3. 5mm 2. 5mm connector for the radio on one end and a 3. 5mm 4 pole connector on the other. This is designed for all radios with the speaker mic connector at the top of the radio. This is not for newer Icom radios such as the ID 50 51 52. We have a different cable for those radios.
